Grade S Dee Shackle with Screw Pin AS2741,also known as Grade S Screw Pin Shackle Dee type.

Dee shackle screw pin Grade S,manufactured to comply with the requirements of Australian Standard 2741,made from Grade “S” material in bow configuration with Screw Pin hot dipped galvanized.

Screw pin grade S Dee shackle,most commonly used for lifting applications, providing connections to Chain, Wire Rope and other rated fittings within the Marine, Agricultural, Mining and Engineering Industries.

Screw pin shackles,mainly used for non-permanent applications. The Grade S shackles,suitable for use where high strength is required,such as lifting, towing, and 4WD applications.

Screw pin Dee shackles grade S have a large rounded shape that allows them to take loads from many directions without developing significant side load. That makes them ideal for use with multiple-leg slings, connecting slings to load rings, and accommodating a wider strap.

Dee shackles grade S,typically used on one-leg systems whereas Bow shackles are mainly used on multi-leg systems.

Proof tested to 2 x work load limit, with a minimum break force of 6 x work load limit.
