Description

AS2741 Grade S Dee Shackle with Safety Pin & Nut,also known as Grade S Screw Pin Dee Shackle.

Dee shackle Safety Pin&Nut Grade S,manufactured to comply with the requirements of Australian Standard 2741,made from Grade “S” material in bow configuration with Screw Pin hot dipped galvanized.

Safety Pin&Nut grade S dee shackle,most commonly used for lifting applications, providing connections to Chain, Wire Rope and other rated fittings within the Marine, Agricultural, Mining and Engineering Industries.

Safety Pin&Nut grade S shackles,mainly used for non-permanent applications. The Grade S shackles,suitable for use where high strength is required,such as lifting, towing, and 4WD applications.

Safety Pin&Nut Dee shackles grade S have a large rounded shape that allows them to take loads from many directions without developing significant side load. That makes them ideal for use with multiple-leg slings, connecting slings to load rings, and accommodating a wider strap.

Dee shackles,typically used on one-leg systems whereas Bow shackles,mainly used on multi-leg systems.

Proof tested to 2 x work load limit, with a minimum break force of 6 x work load limit.
